Use of Dressing Rooms up to 90 minutes prior to the event start time and through the end of the event.
One (1) hour rehearsal prior to the event day

Special Pre-Event On-Site Photo Session
30 minutes of photogrphy and 30 minutes of photo selection during regular business hours at our facility
One(1) set of proof sheets and ALL your pre-event photos on CD, with printable images.
One (1) 8"x10" Portrait Print in a frame with a signable matte plus complete set of photo table numbers for your reception.
One Photographer
300+ pictures on a DVD-R with printable images taken with a 10 mega pixel cameras.
Four (4) Photo DVD-Rs, w/printable images, featuring ALL pictures taken during the event.
Proof album will be provided approx. 4 weeks after the event.
One 11"x14" Professional Photo Album with 15 double sided pages; Featuring 30 flush mounted & laminated mattes.
Two 10"x10" Parent Albums featuring select pictures from the Master Album.
5"x7" Picture Party Favors featuring a picture of the Guest(s) and a cameo of the Guest(s) of Honor. This picture is printed during the event ad given to the guests as they leave. Limit one per family or couple.
One (1) 16"x20" Canvas Print mounted in a frame.
Final photo album is presented approx. 12 weeks from the date you return your proof selections.
Digital Photo Enhancements on photos used in ALL the albums.
Two Videographers
Raw footage in DVD format. Your DVD player must read our current DVD recording format to view your event. (Given to you upon completion of the edited video)
Four (4) Copies of a 45+ minute edited video in DVD format with special effects
Additional Copies of the edited video $35.00 each or a set of 4 copies for $100.00.
Edited video is presented approx 12 weeks from your event date.

Price per additional guest is $40.00 and includes a chair with cover & bow, buffet & non-alcoholic beverage. Maximum number of guests in a Duchess Package is 190. This Package does not include a cake, limo, fresh flowers, alcoholic beverages, mixers, ceremony officiant or formal attire. Only ONE service may be removed from this package with the appropriate credit. Ask our sales associate for the value of any given service.
