Diamond Ballroom, Grand Entrance Foyer & Chapel Package

E.F.S. Family Package:
Four (4) Hour Package for up to the stated number of guests including the use of:
• The Diamond Ballroom, Chapel and Grand Entrance Foyer for up to 30 guests.

Family Only Package Includes:
• A Private Four (4) hour long party held in The Diamond Ballroom & The Chapel for up to 30 guests.
• Saturdays or Sundays from 12PM-4PM (some restrictions apply)
• A complete buffet featuring two (2) entrees, two (2) side dishes, two (2) appetizers and a salad served on china.
Menu items can be chosen from our Royal Menu.
• Use of dressing rooms for up to 60 minutes prior to the Four (4)) hour time block.
• Up to 4-60” round tables with seating for up to 30 guests including white table linen, chair covers with bows & centerpieces.
• Beverages including soda, coffe and Gatorade will be served in plastic cups
• Photography – Minimum of 75+ photos taken with a 10 mega pixel camera and all presented on DVD.
All pictures may be reproduced by you with NO restrictions.
• Disc Jockey for the entire event to play the selections of your choice. Microphones are included.

BASIC PACKAGE PRICE: $2,999.00

Family Wedding Packages may be booked on Saturdays or Sundays within 180 days (6 months) of the event date.
(Excludes: Holidays & Some Prime Dates.)

UPGRADE OPTIONS:

Changing Day of the Week:

Schedule Event on Weekday 12pm - 4pm $300.00

Evening Time Slot:

Schedule Event on Friday or Sunday 6pm - 9pm $500.00

One Additional Hour:

Changes time frame to 12 noon - 4pm or 6pm - 10pm $500.00

Additional Guests:

Cost for each additional guest. (maximum 10, totaling 40 guests) $35.00/guest

Professional Flush Mounted Photo Albums:

Album includes a pre-designed layout and is customized using the pictures of your choice.
Album Option 1: 10'' x 10'' Album includes = 30 pictures, one per page $799.00
Album Option 2: 11'' x 14'' Album includes = approx. 80-100 total photos on 30 pages: $1,999.00

Videography:

One video technician for the duration of the event to provide up to two (2) hours of raw footage only on DVD. $599.00

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• 50% deposit is due upon booking with balance due 30 days prior to event date.
• A 10% discount applies if the event is paid in full at the time of booking. No other discounts apply.
• Final guest count is due seven (7) days prior to the event.
• Date changes are subject to a $500.00 fee.
• Notification of date changes must occur at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a $300.00 penalty.
• This package may not be booked on holidays and peak weekends.

Price per additional guest is $35.00 and includes a chair with cover & bow, buffet & non-alcoholic beverages. This package does NOT include a cake, limo, fresh flowers, valet parking, alcoholic beverages, mixers, ceremony officiant or formal attire.
