The Princess Holiday Décor Package, including all linen with holiday color overlays, 10 chairs per table with covers and gold bows, plus colorful holiday centerpieces. Ballroom is decorated for the holidays and the facility features many poinsettias in various colors & sizes.

Each additional table of 10 guests above the original package guest count is 150.00. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 50 tables and still feature a large dance floor. The extra cost includes one table, linen with holiday overlay, ten (10) chairs with covers and gold bows, and a colorful holiday centerpiece. Our facility can seat over 1000 guests using several decorated seating areas including the ballroom.
Saturday nights require $9000 – minimum package.
Each of the first three Friday Nights of December require a $5000 minimum package.
Celestial Swan Ballroom Holiday Package
Five (5) hour Holiday Party in The Celestial Swan Ballroom, and use of the Enchanted Forest and Secret Garden as a pre-fnction area. The Princess Holiday Décor Package, including all linen with holiday color overlays, 10 chairs per table with covers and gold bows, colorful holiday centerpieces.
The Celestial Swan Ballroom is set up to seat up to 100 guests. Disc Jockey using our state of the art sound and lighting system for up to five (5) hours in the garden.

Pricing for 7pm till midnight:
Up to 100 Guests Package $2,599.00 Each of the first three Friday Nights of December require a $5000 -minimum package. Saturday nights require $9000 – minimum package.
Royal Holiday Menu & Beverage Option
You can add a complete deluxe food presentation, served with china, to either of the above packages for $250.00 per table of ten (10) guests. See our Royal Menu for details. These packages become a 6pm till midnight event.
Complete with a Non-Alcoholic Beverage Bar featuring Coca Cola Products, and Barnies Coffee, including cups and ice. The addition of the Buffet will add one(1) hour to the beginning of your event. This means that a 7-12pm event becomes a 6-12pm event and so forth.
Instant Digital 5"x7” Photography This is a great souvenir for your guests.
Pre-paid party favor packages start at 50 prints for $375.00 - Each additional print is $7.50.
