We also allow you to bring your own alcohol and we do not charge gratuities or service fees, thus saving you thousands of dollars!

Note: Saturday Night Events Must Meet A Minimum Price Requirment of $9999.00 for the Castle Ballroom and $5,999.00 in the Celestail Swan or Diamond Ballroom BEFORE any applicable discounts. This means that you can book a package that exceeds the minimum and it can net out below the minimum after discounts. Services may not be removed from the packages on Saturday nights unless the net cost before any discount remains above the stated minimum.

Leeds Castle & Sherwood Packages

Leeds Castle Package:
Five Hour Package for up to the stated number of guests including the use of:
• The Castle Ballroom, The Castle Courtyard & The Castle Chapel.
(Maximum Guests = 300 Seated in The Castle Chapel & 500 Seated in The Castle Ballroom)

Sherwood Package:
Five Hour Package for up to the stated number of guests including the use of:
• The Celestial Swan Ballroom, The Enchanted Forest & The Secret Garden OR Diamond Ballroom.
(Swan Ballroom Maximum Guests =150: 130 guests at 13 - 60" round tables & 20 guests at 10 - 30" rounds on stage)

(Diamond Ballroom Maximum Guests = 190: 160 guests at 16 - 60" round tables & 30 guests at 15 - 30" rounds on stage)

Both Packages Include The Following:
• Use of Dressing Rooms up to 90 minutes prior to the event start time and through the end of the event.
• One (1) hour rehearsal prior to event day.
• White Floor Length Linens for guest tables, buffet tables & head tables, plus, chair covers with bows & centerpieces!
• Buffet presentation for up to the stated number of guests with China Dinnerware, and your choice of food from the menu below, plus Service Personnel.
• Complete Non-Alcoholic Beverage Bar featuring Coca-Cola Products, Gatorade and Barnies Coffee, including cups & ice for up to four (4) hours.

Leeds Packages can accommodate over 500+ guests.  This package does NOT include a cake, limo, fresh flowers, valet parking, alcoholic beverages, mixers, ceremony officiant or formal attire. Two Video Cameras Providing:

• Raw Footage in DVD format. Your DVD player must read our current DVD recording format to view your event. (Given to you upon completion of the edited video)
• One Original 30+ minute edited video in DVD format with special effects.
• Additional Copies of the Edited video: $35.00 each or a set of 4 copies for $100.00.
• Edited video is presented approx. 12 weeks from your event date.

• Using our state-of-the-art sound and lighting system for up to the stated amount of hours per package.

One (1) Photographer Using 10 Mega Pixel Cameras Providing:
• Providing you with a minimum of 300+ pictures downloadable from our website with NO Copyrights!
• One professional photo album with 15 double sided pages; Featuring 30 flush mounted & laminated mattes.
• Two Parent Albums featuring select pictures from the Master Album. (2-10 x 10 albums - 1picture/page)
• 5"x7" Picture Party Favors featuring a picture of the Guest and a cameo of the Guest(s) of Honor. This picture is printed during the event and given to the guests as they leave. Limit one per family or couple.
• One 16" x 20" Canvas Print mounted in frame.
