Registration and tickets to the seminar portion of the event will be done on a first come basis at the door.  Only future Quinceanera’s ages 12-15 years old will be able to register for the FREE door prizes.   Seating for the Seminar will be limited, so arrive early to register and get your Seminar Admission Tickets!

Door Prizes:  Future Quinceanera’s ages 12-15 years old will be able to register for the FREE door prizes that will be provided by the Vendors exhibiting at the Expo.

Grand Prize:  A FREE Quince at The Event Factory!  This Sherwood Package for up to 50 Guests includes the facility, food, beverages, photo, video and DJ services.  Also includes an upgrade to include china and centerpieces.  This package may be upgraded to other packages and additional guests may be added at the list price. If this package is won by an individual that is already booked at The Event Factory, a $5000.00 Gift Certificate will be issued that is good for upgrading or adding guests to the existing event.

Expo Booths:  Vendors from across the Bay area will be exhibiting during the Expo portion of this event.  The Booths will be open from 12 noon till 3pm.  Vendors will be offering special coupons and discounts on their services for those who attend the show. 

Seminar Presentation: This special Seminar will be designed to educate families in the planning of their Quince or Sweet 16.  Established professionals from the event field will be providing insight into the major components needed to stage that once in a lifetime Birthday Party!  These components are listed below in the Program Agenda.  

Program Agenda:  Seminar topics will be discussed by a leading professional in that specific field.  The following topics will be discussed by the stated speaker and speaking times periods will vary based on the subject.  Additional experts and topics may be added.

12 Noon - Doors Open to Trade Show & Registration for Seminar
12 Noon - 3pm Guests Visit with Vendors - Buffet Samples will be served by several leading event caterers.
2:30pm - Seminar Ballroom Opens – Seating Begins For Registered Guests Only
3:00pm - Seminar Begins – Topics Presented in Program Agenda Order Above
3:00 -5:00pm - Scheduled Seminar Program

 Vendor Booths:
Vendor booths are offered by CBS Radio.  Vendors will be allowed to set up at 9am and must be completed by 11:00am.  Guests will have access to vendors from Noon till 3pm.  Vendors will be allowed to remove their booth display after the guests begin the seminar portion of program at apx. 3pm.  A limited number of booths will be offered to qualified vendors.
