Sherwood Package:
Five Hour Package for up to the stated number of guests including the use of:
• Diamond Ballroom, Grand Entrance Foyer & Chapel Package
(Maximum Guests = 190: 160 guests at 16 – 60''round tables & 30 guests at 10 – 30'' rounds on stage.)

Package Includes The Following:
• Use of Dressing Rooms up to 90 minutes prior to the event start time and through the end of the event.
• One (1) hour rehearsal prior to the event day
• White Floor Length Linens for Guest tables, Buffet tables & Head tables, plus, chair covers with your color choice of bows.
• Seating Chart printed with your photo & Table Assignments
• Buffet presentation for up to the stated number of guests with china and your choice of food from the menu below, plus Service Personnel.
• Complete Non-Alcoholic Beverage Bar featuring Coca-Cola Products, Gatorade and Barnies Coffee, including cups & ice for up to four (4) hours

MAIN ENTRÉE. . .Choose One:

• Ham or Roast Beef with Condiments, Herb Roasted Chicken, Cuban Pork, Chicken Marsala, Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Primtempts, Chicken Milanese, Puerco Asado (Roast Pork), Chicken & Yellow Rice.

SIDE DISHES. . .Choose Two:

One Photographer:

• Providing you with a minimum of 125+ pictures on a DVD-R with printable images taken with 10 mega pixel cameras.
• No Album is included. A set of proof sheets and the DVD-R will be presented approx. 3 weeks after the event.

Two Videographers:

• Providing you with raw footage of the event in DVD format approx. 3 weeks of the event.
• Video is NOT edited. Your DVD player must read our current DVD recording format (ask for details) to view your event.

Disc Jockey:

• Using our state of the art sound and lighting system.

Valet Parking:

• included with packages of 100+ guests.

Sherwood Pkg. For Up To 100 Guests: In Ballroom, Foyer, Chapel $6,499.00

Price per additional guest is $30.00 and includes a chair with cover & bow, buffet & non-alcoholic beverages. This package does NOT include a cake, limo, fresh flowers, valet parking, alcoholic beverages, mixers, ceremony officiant or formal attire. Only ONE service may be removed from this package with the appropriate credit. Ask our sales associate for the value of any given service.
