Vendor Booths:
Vendor booths will be offered at the prices listed below. Vendors will be allowed to set up at 9am and must be completed by 11:00am. Guests will have access to vendors from Noon till 4pm. Vendors will be allowed to remove their booth display after 4pm. A limited number of booths will be offered to qualified vendors.
Vendor Booth Options:
- Basic Booth – One (1) 60” Round Table with White Linen OR One (1) 8’ Banquet Table; $200.00 each or $300.00 for both locations.
- Premium Booth – Two (2) 8’ Tables with White Linen; $400.00 per location. (Saves $400.00)
- Premium Caterers Booths – Special Booth Locations and Two (2) 8’ Tables $500.00 per location.
- Bridal Fashion Show 15 Minute Spot - $250.00 per spot in Tampa & $150.00 per spot in Pasco. (Must also purchase 1 booth per show location.)
Pasco Bridal Show Is limited to 21 Vendors, so secure your booth early!
Expo Promotion:
The Event Factory we will be advertising this Expo on local radio & TV stations. These stations will include; 93.3, 100.7, 92.5, 96.1 and Univision. Postcards will be printed for distribution by participating vendors. Ads will begin running on the second week of January.
Event Schedule:
12 Noon - Doors Open to Trade Show
12 Noon - 4pm Guests Visit with Vendors - Buffet Samples will be served by several leading event caterers.
3:00pm – Doors will open to Fashion show in Castle Ballroom. Pasco location has open seating on first come basis. Drawing for all Prizes will be held. Winners must be present to WIN!
4pm - Vendor Booths Close.
PASCO EXPO

TAMPA EXPO
Event Date: Sunday March 11th, 2012 - Noon-4pm

Tickets: Admission to both shows is FREE and no tickets are required.
Door Prizes: Future Bride will be able to register for the FREE door prizes that will be provided by the Vendors exhibiting at the Expo.
Grand Prize: A FREE Wedding at The Event Factory! This Facility Only Package for up to 100 Guests includes your choice of The Castle Ballroom OR The Swan Ballroom on a Non-Saturday night. This package is for up to 5 hours and also includes white table linen, white chair covers, chair bows in gold or pewter, centerpieces and any Grand Entrance vehicle available in the ballroom chosen. This package may be upgraded to other packages and additional guests may be added at the list price. This Package has a value of $3500.00!

Both locations are included in the booth cost, however we understand that you might only want to be at one show location. (No discounts if you only choose one location.)
