Package can be used for any type of event from Weddings to Quinces / Sweet 16's.

All Cinderella Packages are available on Saturday Nights if booked within 6 months of the event date.

The Castle Ballroom Cinderella Packages are available on any future event date because they meet the Saturday night minimums. This package does NOT include, photo, video, food or beverages. We do NOT charge any gratuities or service fees! You can bring in your own soft beverages and alcohol to offer an open bar to your guests. Simply add sales tax to the discounted prices.

 

 

The Castle Ballroom, The Castle Courtyard & The Castle Chapel for up to 300 Guests:

Time Blocks:

Six (6) Hours Package: 10am - 4pm or 6pm - 12am

$10,098.00 Castle Ballroom Cinderella Package for up to 300 Includes: (Additional guests may be added at $30.00 each.)

• Use of the Castle Ballroom & the pre-function Castle Courtyard area during either time slot.

• One (1) hour of rehearsal time on a scheduled day. (Usually Thursday Nights)

• Up to 300 Gold Chiavri Chairs in the ballroom & up to 30 - 60" round tables in the ballroom and several 30" round tables on stage.

• Up to 4 - 8' Banquet tables for your head table and for your buffet table.

• Use of the Catering Preparation Zone & Dressing Rooms.

• Use of The Castle Chapel for Ceremony or Blessing. (Max. seating of 300 in Chapel)

• Standard Castle, Courtyard and Chapel Decorations.

• Food Service Personnel to serve the food buffet style. (You provide the Food.)

• China, Silverware, Water Goblet, Toasting Flute, Linen Napkin - Available in many colors.

• Table Overlays - Choose from many colors & Centerpieces - Choose from several styles.

• White Floor Length Table Linens with White Banquet Table Linen & Skirting for up to 4 - 96" long tables.

• Disc Jockey to operate our sound, lighting and video projection equipment.

• Additional tables can be added to this package for $150.00 per table for the linen, 10 chiavari chairs & centerpieces. Total capacity for The Castle Ballroom is 500 seated at up to 48 - 60" round tables and including up to 22 on stage seated at 30" round tables.

$9,098.20 with a 10% Discount for Auto-Payment Plan with $500.00 deposit to secure date.

$8,078.40 with a 20% discount for paying in full when booking for a Saturday Night Event..
