This package is designed to provide the important elements of a regular wedding within a small budget and for hosting your immediate family only.
Packages includes up to 10 people OR up to 20 people total, depending on the Micro Event Room chosen to use for the reception portion of the program.
Total time is 3 hours and can be booked up to 120 days in advance.
This package includes the following services and event areas:
• Use of the facility in the areas explained below for a total of 3 hours.
• A Photographer to take all the Digital Photos and upload them to our website for free downloading by anyone who has been provided the code by the host.
• A Disc Jockey who will help keep the event moving on the agreed timeline and play any Music during the Ceremony, Staged Introductions and First Dance.
• A One Entrée Plated Meal with Two Side Dishes.
• Live Streaming of the Ceremony, Post Ceremony Photo session, Introductions & First Dance. This will be available on our private channel and accessible by invitation only from the host.
• Live Streamed Video will be available for free downloading from our website after the event.
• Use of a grand entrance vehicle in Castle Ballroom if desired.
• Open Alcoholic Bar featuring Beer, wine and mixed drinks during the Dining portion of the event from a common area bar. Open bar is limited to 60 minutes from the 90 minute mark when the party moves to the reception area to 30 minutes prior to the event time conclusion.
• Open Non-Alcoholic Bar featuring Sodas, Water and Coffee available after the ceremony photos and during the Dining portion of the event from a common area bar.
Ceremony to be hosted in the Castle Chapel during the first hour of the event.
A dressing room will be provided for the bride only and is accessible 30 minutes prior to the event time.
Guests will arrive at the beginning of the event time and proceed to the Chapel.
Ceremony will occur approximately 15 minutes after the event start time and must conclude within 20 minutes.
Photofrapher will shoot photos during the ceremony.
Post ceremony pictures will take place in the Chapel for 20 minutes following the ceremony.
Introductions will be staged in The Castle Ballroom following the post Ceremony photo session.
Staff will organize the introductions of all in the family who wish to participate.
Participants will be introduced through the castle doors.
Bride and Groom can use the Mini Hummer or Cinderella Carriage for their Grand Entrance.
Photographer will shoot photos and Live Streaming will take place during the introductions.
A First Dance and Bridal Party dance will follow introductions.
Disc Jockey will play music desired during this entire time in The Castle Ballroom.
This process in The Castle Ballroom will take approximately 30 minutes.
Reception will occur in the Micro Event Room during the final 90 minutes of the event time.
Reception will include table linens, place settings, dinnerware, themed centerpiece, Chiavari Chairs. A One Entrée Plated Meal with Two Side Dishes will be served to the table.
Service personnel will serve the plated meal to the guests in the selected themed micro event space.

The Galaxy Club – A Galactic Themed Dining Room featuring seating for up to 20 Guests! Includes an 18’ long table with 20 chairs, choose from several popular Galactic themed centerpieces and décor reflecting a mega galactic movie theme and specialty lighting. All within dining club setting from far, far away!
