New Galaxy Themed Parties

Celebrate your next party in a galaxy far, far away! Our Galaxy Prop Package can be added to any party for an additional $500.00. The Platinum Ballroom with seating for up to 100 guests using a Birthday Package with ballroom upgrade and the Galaxy Prop Package for 3 hours starts at $1999.00 for a Saturday Afternoon, Friday night or Sunday Afternoon or Evening. You can add a DJ and extra hours when available. Ask your sales associate for details.

Magical Facility:

Every child dreams of that magical birthday party with their family and friends.  The Event Factory offers complete and affordable packages for hosting that birthday in a private atmosphere!  Our unique facility is like renting a movie sound stage, complete with props and decor designed to immerse your guests into the theme of your choice. Don't just settle for a few hundred square feet of event space when you can entertain your friends in 3000 - 4000 square feet of decorated party space. These large areas are great for allowing you to socialize with your adult friends while the children enjoy the games and magical atmosphere. You can also bring in costumed characters for story time and photo opportunities. Combine these unique facilities with our complete packages that offer all the main services needed for your once in a lifetime event, and you have the perfect children's birthday packages! Be sure to read about our new GLOW Party & Movie Party Options described below!


Standard Birthday Party Packages:

A Three (3) Hour Gathering in either The Enchanted Forest & Secret Garden or The Castle Courtyard for up to the stated # of Guests and including the following:

•  Use of The Enchanted Forest and Secret Garden or The Castle Courtyard for your party.

•  60" round Tables with Floor Length White Linen, Swirl Overlays, Centerpieces and 10 Chiavari Chairs per table.

•  Up to three (3) 72" long Buffet, Hors D’oeuvres and/or Head Tables with Skirted White Linen.

•  Access to the facility one (1) hour prior to start time.

•  Use of the Miniature Golf, Air Hockey, Skeet Ball, Hoops and Video Games during the party. (You must bring in the X-Box compatible video games(s) of your choice.)

•  You may bring in your own party favors, cake, food and desserts. Use of up to 5 Chaffering Dishes is included, but you must bring in 2 Sterno per chaffer and clean the chaffers at the end of the event. 

•  Includes: Unlimited Soft Drinks - Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Water, & Gatorade.

NEW GLOW Party Option: 

* We now offer GLOW IN THE DARK lighting packages for incredible special effects. This package includes 6 state of the art LED Black lights positioned around the party area.

Turn any package into a very special and unique event for an additional cost of $350.00.


NEW Movie Party Option: 

* We now offer a Over-Sized Video Screen with projection system to play your child's favorite movie from a DVD player. You simply bring in the DVD version of the movie you choose and we will play it on the Giant 8' Screen at the beginning of your party as your guests arrive. Purchase this MOVIE Package and you get an extra hour to start your party at noon and the Video Screen with Projector for $299.00! This gives you 4 hours of party time with unlimited soft beverages and the Movie Package.


NEW Royal Birthday Package for 4 Hours:

Includes ALL the services listed below, in addition to those listed in the Standard Package above: (Does not include Glow or Movie Party Options.)

Up to: 100 Guests

• Available on Saturday or Sunday Afternoons;  12pm-4pm OR Friday or Sunday Evenings from 6pm-10pm;  Forest & Secret Garden or Castle Courtyard.

•  Disc Jockey Services with sound system for 4 Hours.

•  Special photo & video package providing up to 3 hours of raw Video footage and ALL your digital photos down loadable from our website.

• This package includes the Overlays and Chair Bows in the Color of your choice.

Special Royal Birthday Package Price: $2,199.00

Glow Party and Movie Party Options can be added to this Royal Birthday Package, but are NOT included. The Glow Party can be added to this Royal Birthday Package for $350.00 and the Movie Party Option can be added for $149.00 w/o the extra hour of event time.

The above packages may be booked up to 120 days in advance.  Pricing does NOT include tax.  Three hour events may only serve alcohol for up to 90 contiguous minutes and you must hire a bar-tending company from our vendor list.

The Event Factory offers several ways to pay for an event. 

  1. 50/50 Plan; put 50% of your package price down upon booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.

  2. Pay In Full Plan; pay the package price in full when booking to receive a 10% discount when booked at least 30 days in advance of the event date!

• You can add an “Alcohol delivered by a Waitress” option for $199.00 and get 30 Alcohol Vouchers to give to your guests!
Voucher is good for one free alcoholic drink. Includes Beer, Wine or Mixed Drinks. Additional Vouchers available at $5.00 each if pre-purchased prior to the event date.  Guests can also purchase drinks with credit and debit cards if they run out of vouchers.
• You can add Champagne Only with toasting flutes for a cost of $35.00 for two bottles and $70.00 for 4 bottles.
• Food options are also available and can be added directly with our catering company that will be servicing the event.
• 50% Deposit to secure date. Balance due 14 days prior to event date. (No Discounts Apply)
We do NOT charge gratuities or service fees.  Simply add sales tax to your package. Common area hallways and restrooms may be shared with other parties. Individual rooms are private for you and your guests.

Our facility is opened Wednesday through Saturday from Noon till 6pm for tours. 

You can just stop in on Wednesdays - Fridays, but we do suggest appointments on Saturdays.
