Package Includes The Following:
* Up to 150 Guests seated at up to 13 tables 60" round floor tables and up to 20 seated on stage at 30" round tables.
*Use of Dressing Rooms up to 60 minutes prior to the event start time and through the end of the event.
* White Floor Length Linens for Guest tables & Head tables, plus, white chair covers with standard bows. (Pewter Bows in Swan Ballroom, Gold In Castle Ballroom)
* Complete Non-Alcoholic Beverage Bar featuring Coca-Cola Products, Gatorade and Coffee, including cups & ice for up to three (3) hours.
* Disc Jockey: Using our state of the art sound and lighting system. Disc Jockey will meet with you prior to the event to review your play list. The DJ can also play a slideshow created by you. (We can create slide-shows from your prints and digital images for $299.00)
Terms & Conditions:
This package is designed for birthdays only. NO Alcohol may be served during this event unless additional time is added to the three hour package and food is served. In order to serve alcohol, Client may add the Alcohol for Purchase package to this event package. Client may bring in their own food as long as they add one hour to the base package. Client must bring in their own cake and dinnerware for serving the cake. The cake is the ONLY food allowed to be served within the base package time block of three hours. Package must start no later than 7pm.
This package may be booked up to 365 days (12 Months) in advance of the event date desired. (Excluding some Prime Friday nights in December and Holidays.)
The base package is for up to 150 guests.
(Maximum Guests =150: 130 guests at 13 - 60" round tables & 20 guests at 10 - 30" rounds on stage)
Upgrade To The Castle Ballroom OR The NEW Platinum Ballroom:
You can upgrade the above package to use The Castle Ballroom or The Platinum Ballroom. This upgrade includes all the same services as the above packages but also includes five (5) extra tables for a total guest count of up to 200 guests. Maximum capacity for this package is 200 guests in the Platinum Ballroom and You can add additonal guests in The Castle up to 400. . Additional services listed below can also be added to this package. This upgrade includes the use of either the Cinderella Carriage or Hummer for a grand entrance!
One (1) hour rehearsal prior to event day. (Usually held on Thursday Night)
• Providing you with a minimum of 125+ pictures that can be downloaded from our website with non-copyrighted images.
• No Album is included. The Digital Photos will be presented approx. 2 weeks after the event.
If you want to serve food, you must add one hour to the base package. (This covers both an appetizer presentation and a buffet presentation.)
If you want to include a blessing in The Secret Garden or The Castle Chapel, you must add one hour to the base package.
You can add guests by purchasing tables that seat up to 10 guests each. This additional cost also covers the drinks and facility usage associated with each additional guest. Additional guests must be added in blocks of 10 or one table. Table includes white table linen and the standard color bow associated with which ever ballroom is chosen.
This package requires either a 50% deposit when booking and the balance due 30 days prior to the event date OR Payment in full when booking that provides a 10% discount. This is the only discount available. Payment plans are not available with this Package.
